What is a “Full Specialist”?
A Full Specialist is a professional who has completed the training for both a Facial Specialist and a Nail Specialist. This dual registration allows you to provide a comprehensive range of skin and nail services under one license.
Is financial aid available for both the skin care and professional esthetics programs?
Financial aid is available for those who qualify. At Florida Academy, the professional esthetics (600 hours) program is a Title IV eligible program, allowing students to apply for Federal Pell Grants and Direct Loans. The skin care (300 hours) program does not qualify for financial aid at this time. Our Financial Aid office is available to help you determine your eligibility.
