Are you ready to begin your career in the field of electronic systems technology? We can help transform your passion into your profession.

This nationally accredited, professional education program combines classroom instruction with hands-on learning, in a real-world environment. Our targeted approach utilizes tools, techniques, and technologies and teaches students effective ways to navigate challenges in the job market. The Electronic Systems Technology program will provide training for entry level employment in the electronic and low voltage service industries conducting installation, equipment repair and replacement, and maintenance/service activities. 

Students in the Electronic Systems Technology program will receive training in the installation and maintenance of electronic systems found in residential, commercial, and industrial facilities. Course work will include such topics as AC/DC theory, basic wiring practices, programmable logic controllers, industrial motor controls, applications of the National Electric Code® and other subjects. 

JOB OUTLOOK FOR ELECTRONIC SYSTEMS TECHNOLOGY
The Bureau of Labor Statistics projects that the electronic systems technology field will experience a 2% growth rate from 2020 to 2030, resulting in roughly 9,600 new jobs.

Low Voltage Applications

  • Alarm systems
